Mcleodganj, is famously known as “Little Lhasa (Tibet) of India” and is situated in the outskirts of Dharamshala. It is a small and beautiful hill station with a blend of Tibetan and Indian culture situated at a height of 2082 mts (6831 feet). The place is nestled amidst the mighty hills of Dhauladhars and is a great weekend getaway for people living in Chandigarh,New Delhi, Gurgaon, Ambala and other neighbouring cities.
Bhagsu waterfall is a surreal waterfall located in the Bhagsu village near Mcleodganj. It is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The view from the top of the Kangra Valley is something which is not to be missed. The Dalai Lama Temple and Tibetan Museum will let you get an insight about the Tibetan people, their life, culture, philosophy and much more.
From Dalhousie, we’ll be heading off to Kalatop Trek. This trek lies amidst the Kalatop Khajjiar wildlife sanctuary, which lies in the Chamba district of the Himachal Pradesh. The trek takes you amidst dense deodar forests and fir trees away from Dalhousie. There are also pine and coniferous trees and Himalayan vistas surrounding which makes it a really scenic trek.
Amritsar is a city in the state of Punjab which is historically known as “Ramdaspur”. The city of Amritsar is formed around the majestic Golden Temple, the world’s most important pilgrimage site for Sikhs. At Wagah Border, every day at 4.15pm in the winter and 5.15pm in the summer, the border between India and Pakistan hosts a colourful, competitive dance show. Thousands of people visit to cheer for India each day, and you’ll also see people supporting Pakistan on the other side of the border. This is a must visit place when you come to Amritsar, as you will get a feel and pride of being an Indian national while you are here. Jallianwala Bagh memorial lies in the heart of Amritsar is dedicated to the hundreds of Indians who were brutally massacred at the hands of the British, all for holding a peaceful protest.

1st Day : Delhi arrival transfer to Mcleodganj
Meet at RK Ashram/ Majnu ka Tila and Overnight travel to Mcleod by AC Volvo bus
2nd Day : Mcleodganj and Dharamshala Sightseeing
Enjoy the morning tea and breakfast and be ready to explore the magnificent Mcleodganj. This day we will visit to Namgyal Monastery, The Dalai Lama Temple, Church of St. Johns in the wilderness, Tibetan Museum, Bhagsu Waterfall & Dharamshala Cricket stadium. In evening get back to the hotel. Have your dinner & Overnight stay in Hotel.
3rd Day : Dalhousie Sightseeing
On arrival check-in hotel and enjoy your delicious breakfast, have some rest.
we start our trek to Kalatop. Kalatop is a beautiful wildlife sanctuary with a lot of trails for trekkers to explore and discover. In evening, we return to the hotel for dinner and local market sightseeing, Overnight stay in Dalhousie.
4th Day : Dalhousie to Amritsar transfer, Wagah Border Visit
After having your breakfast head towards Amritsar. It's 6 hours long Journey.
Amritsar is the spiritual and cultural centre of the Sikh community. Named after the holy tank of Amrit Sarovar.
After check-in formalities and relaxation leave for wagah Border ( India Pakistan Border) Enjoy Wagah Border ceremony. In evening return to hotel for dinner. Overnight stay in hotel
5th Day : Amritsar Sightseeing, Depart to Delhi
After early breakfast, Visit great historical place Jallianwala Bagh memorial, later visit to most spiritual place of India- Golden Temple and one of the best historical Museum - Partition Museum ( Partition Museum include newspaper clippings, photographs as well as personal items that were donated by people who had witnessed and lived during the Partition) in evening be back to Amritsar volvo Station and start overnight journey to Delhi.
6th Day : Delhi Arrival
Reach Delhi by Early Morning.

If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.), JustWravel will issue a trek voucher for the full amount and if possible will provide an alternate trek. The voucher can be redeemed upto same amount for the same trek or another trek in the next 365 days from the trek departure date.
