Leh, originally a stop for trading caravans, Leh is now known for its Buddhist sites and nearby trekking areas and is now every travelers dream, every bikers journey. A journey through ever-changing landscapes. A journey which makes you feel as if you are living in a canvas. Initial journey through the tree line, then changing to narrow lanes of Snow line and dry landscape, deserts. This is not a trip this is a journey, a journey which has several stories, several tales.

Joining you on this journey will be our female trip lead and the storyteller Neha Ralli @himalayan_girl. Embark on this journey to hear her tales, create few of your own and a lot together.

Day 1
Manali to Jispa (138 kms, 7 hrs of drive)

Today you will, start your journey towards mighty Himalayas, will first move towards Jispa enroute Rohtang-La & Keylong. You may like to stop by Rohtang for a click, but believe me there will be plethora of ineffable beautiful landscapes on your way ahead.

Later you will cross Keylong before finally arriving at Jispa, your halt for tonight. Overnight at Jispa.

Day 2
Jispa to Leh (330 kms ,9 hrs drive)

Start early Morning after Breakfast, to stamp on the grounds of Heaven on Earth called as Leh. Enroute you will come across beautiful landscapes of Baralancha-la, Tanglangla, Moore Planes & Upshi, the route most loved by Shutterbug community.

If you are sleeping while traveling on this route means you are missing the most precious times of your life.(This is the longest route on the journey, you are suggested to start early and reach by evening, you will be tired & exhausted by the time you will reach Leh.) Overnight at Leh.

Day 3
Leh Sightseeing

After Breakfast, visit Shey & Thiksey Monastery with Leh Palace, Spituk Monastery, Hall of fame & Shanti Stupa later during the afternoon.

Don’t exert your body, if you are feeling tired at any time during the day. Overnight at Leh.

Day 4
Leh to Nubra (162 kms, 6 hrs of drive)

After Breakfast, move towards Highest Motorable Road of The World, KhardungLa Pass. Have a cup of Tea there, get yourself clicked with the Khardungla Signboard by BRO & proceed towards Nubra valley covering Deskit Monastery enroute.

Check-in at Hotel/Camp, freshen up & later you can have a Double Hump Bactarian Camel ride. Dont forget to click this unique mammal, found in cold Desert. It was once used to carry the trade material on silk route.

Overnight at Hunder/Nubra Camps/Hotel.

Day 5
Nubra to Leh (162 kms, 6 hrs of drive)

After Breakfast, check out from the camps & visit Deskit Monastery, Hot Water Springs, Panamik via confluence of Shyok & Nubra River across Sumoor.

Return to Leh by Evening. Overnight at Leh.

Day 6
Leh to Pangong (225 kms, 7 hrs of drive)

After Breakfast, check out from Leh & proceed for one of the most beautiful & scenic, Salt water Pangong Lake at Spangmik via Changla Pass (17350 ft). Various Bollywood movies have been shot at this lake.

One-Third of this lake is controlled by India & rest of the two-third lies under Chinese province. Overnight at Campskin Pangong.

Day 7
Pangong to Leh (225 kms, 7 hrs of drive)

After Breakfast, check out from Camps for return journey to Leh. Enroute visit Hemis Monastery & 3-Idiots School.

Day 8
Leh to Sarchu (260 kms, 8 hrs of drive)

After Breakfast at Hotel, you are advised to depart from by 8:00am, to reach Jispa in due time. Enroute you will come across Upshi, Tanglangla, Moore Plains, Sarchu, Baralacha-la, before finally arriving at Jispa.

This route is most loved by shutterbug community, for the amazing snow cladded landscapes & tortuous roads one come across.

Overnight at Jispa.

Day 9
Sarchu to Manali (230 kms , 7 hrs of drive)

After early Breakfast, start your journey to Manali via Keylong, (the administrative centre of Lahaul & Spiti district) & snow bedded Rohtang La . Arrival at Manali by 2:30 pm, tentatively. You may like to board VOLVO to Delhi.
