Leh, originally a stop for trading caravans, Leh is now known for its Buddhist sites and nearby trekking areas and is now every traveller's dream, every bikers journey. A journey through ever-changing landscapes. A journey which makes you feel as if you are living in a canvas. Initial journey through the tree line, then changing to narrow lanes of Snow line and dry landscape, deserts. This is not a trip this is a journey, a journey which has several stories, several tales.

Joining you on this journey will be our female trip leader who has travelled to Pan India and has so many stories to share. Embark on this journey to hear her tales, create few of your own and a lot together.

Day 1
Manali Arrival and Group Introduction

Reach Manali and check in to the hotel. Meet the Trip lead at the Hotel. 

Today is an acclimatization day as we start our journey to the Himalayas from tomorrow. The guests are free to explore the town of Manali but are advised to not exert themselves too much. Hadimba Temple, Local market, cafe hopping in Old Manali are few of the things that you can exManali. Manali .

Overnight stay in Manali. 


Day 2
Manali to Jispa (138 kms, 7 hrs of drive)

Today we will start our journey towards the mighty Himalayas. We start from Manali after breakfast and after crossing Madi, we reach Rohtang pass in about 2 hrs. You may like to stop by Rohtang for a click, but believe me there will be plethora of ineffable beautiful landscapes on your way ahead, continue your journey for Jispa crossing Keylong.

Reach Jispa by afternoon, which is our overnight stay. 

After freshen up, gather for a tea/ coffee, followed by Bonfire and Dinner.


Day 3
Jispa to Leh (330 kms ,9 hrs drive)

Start early Morning after Breakfast, to stamp on the grounds of Heaven on Earth called as Leh. Enroute you will come across beautiful landscapes of Baralancha-la, Tanglangla, Moore Planes & Upshi, the route most loved by Shutterbug community.

If you are sleeping while travelling on this route means you are missing the most precious times of your life.(This is the longest route on the journey, you are suggested to start early and reach by evening)

Overnight at Leh.

Day 4
Leh Sightseeing

A very Good Morning ! Today is our first morning in Leh. A place about which you definitely have heard a lot and always dreamt about. Leh it is! Dream come True. No matter where you are in Leh, you will always see a series of snow-capped peaks. Those are the Stok Ranges and the highest in them is the Stok Kangri Peak. 

We gather at the Breakfast table and, later start for the Leh sightseeing tour.  We start our tour by visiting Shey Palace, followed by  Thiksey Monastery. Later move towards the confluence of Indus and Zanskar via Magnetic Hill and Pathar Sahab Gurudwara. If time permits, you can also have Langar at the Gurudwara itself. 

 Hall of fame & Shanti Stupa later in the evening. Don’t exert your body, if you are feeling tired at any time during the day.

Return to Hotel. Overnight at Leh.

Day 5
Leh to Nubra (162 kms, 6 hrs of drive)

After Breakfast, move towards Highest Motorable Road of The World, KhardungLa Pass. Have a cup of Tea there, get yourself clicked with the Khardungla Signboard by BRO & proceed towards Nubra valley covering Deskit Monastery enroute.

Check-in at Hotel/Camp, freshen up & later you can have a Double Hump Bactarian Camel ride. Dont forget to click this unique mammal, found in cold Desert. It was once used to carry the trade material on silk route.

Overnight at Hunder/Nubra Camps/Hotel.

Day 6
Nubra to Pangong (250 kms)

After Breakfast, check out from the camps & visit Diskit Monastery. If time permits you can also go for ATV ride (personal expense) and then continue further till Pangong via Shyok Valley

One of the most beautiful & scenic, Saltwater Pangong Lake at Spangmik. Various Bollywood movies have been shot at this lake.

One-Third of this lake is controlled by India & rest of the two-third lies under Chinese province. Overnight at Camps in Pangong.

Day 7
Pangong to TsoMoriri (225 kms, 7 hrs of drive)

After Breakfast, check out from Pangong & proceed for Tso Moriri Lake.

Overnight at Guesthouse in Tso-Moriri.

Day 8
Tso- Moriri to Sarchu (260 kms, 8 hrs of drive)

After Breakfast at Hotel, you are advised to depart from by 8:00 am, to reach Sarchu in due time. Enroute you will come across Upshi, Tanglangla, Moore Plains, Sarchu. Baralacha-la, before finally arriving at Jispa.

This route is most loved by shutterbug community, for the amazing snow cladded landscapes & tortuous roads, one come across.

Overnight at Sarchu.

Day 9
Sarchu to Manali (230 kms , 7 hrs of drive)

After early Breakfast, start your journey to Manali via Keylong, (the administrative centre of Lahaul & Spiti district) & snow bedded Rohtang La . Arrival at Manali by 2:30 pm, tentatively. You may like to board VOLVO to Delhi.
