The next leg of the journey takes you to the picturesque Nubra Valley, which you reach via the Khardung La, one of the highest motorable roads in the world. The Booking Amount will be credited to your JW Profile which can be accessed by logging in to the website through your Phone Number & OTP. Credit Notes issued have no date of expiry and can be used entirely in any of your future trips.
GST :
Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
Pending Refund :
Any refund pending on your booking will be credited to the same mode of payment through which you paid in 5-7 working days.
Partial Refund :
Any case in which a partial refund will be issued will be calculated after deducting the Booking Amount and Cancellation Charges depending on the time of Cancellation.
Remaining Amount :
Will be calculated on the amount paid over and above the booking amount.
Bypass Policy :

Which month is best to visit Ladakh?
Summer is the best time to visit Ladakh, specifically April to June are the best months for Ladakh because it offers pleasant weather with clear skies. Summer in Ladakh is truly beautiful, the temperature ranges from 5 degrees C to 25 degrees C. In the summer season you can enjoy biking, trekking, river rafting, and camel rides in Nubra Valley. Witness the beauty of Tsomoriri lake and Pangong lake.

In which month Ladakh is closed?
Ladakh is closed in the winter season, from November to March, the temperature in these months can go up to 7 degrees and minimum around -6 degrees. The weather is extremely cold during these months in Ladakh, the lakes freeze during these months but the passes such as Chang La and Khardung La are kept open for military needs.

What is special in Nubra Valley?
Nubra valley is known for its breathtaking landscapes, it is a mix of lush green villages and sand dunes. Turtuk village is a hidden gem located on the Indo-Pak border in Nubra valley. You can do ATV rides in sand dunes and camping near Nubra valley in Hunder.

Which is better Pangong or Tso Moriri?
Tso Moriri is less populated and less people know about it as compared to Pangong lake. Pangong lake is known for its everchanging blue shades and it is located at an altitude of 4,250 meters. Tso Moriri is situated at a slightly higher altitude of 4,530 meters. Tso Moriri is a secluded and offbeat location where you can find the rarest wildlife, while Pangong lake is a popular lake. Tso Moriri has challenging terrains while you can reach Pangong easily via Chang La.
Is Nubra Valley colder than Leh?
No, Nubra valley generally remains warmer than Leh, because Nubra is located at lower altitude than Leh, so the temperature in Nubra remains relatively warmer, in the daytime during summer. Whereas in winter both the places can be extremely cold.
What kind of clothes should we pack for Ladakh?
The temperature in Ladakh ranges from 10-14 degrees Celsius during the day and can drop down even below zero degrees Celsius at night and thus it is recommended to carry enough woolen clothes. A fleece jacket, pullover, and at least 3 layers of clothing are a must when traveling to Ladakh, not to forget socks, head covers, mufflers, gloves, and body warmers. Since rain is frequent in the mountains you shall also carry a raincoat or a poncho.
Do we have to carry cash or are there ATM’s in Ladakh?
There are many regions in Ladakh where you won't find ATMS. The network is poor as well and hence you can't rely on online payments either which is why it is recommended to carry cash. There are a few scattered ATMs in Leh and one or two in Kargil, apart from that it is rare to find one, and thus carrying cash is the only way to have hassle-free transactions.
What are the best Souvenirs to buy from Leh Market?
Popular items that you can invest in when on a shopping spree in Leh include Pashmina shawls, stoles, and other Pashmina woolen garments. Handmade woolen socks, gloves, caps, and sweaters are a favorite of tourists in Ladakh. Authentic Tibetan handicrafts are also popular among those who like collecting souvenirs. Apart from these, some things that won't regret getting in Leh are apricots, Thangka Paintings, Prayer wheels, Prayer flags, Magnets, and others.
How many days are required to explore Ladakh fully?
Ladakh is extremely vast and brims with a rich culture in every corner. For that reason alone, it is required that you take your time to explore the land. If you are planning a Leh Ladakh bike trip from Manali or Srinagar then you'll need about 10-12 days. If flying directly to Leh, a minimum of 6 days will be required to cover the area.
How can we reach Ladakh?
You can reach Ladakh via road or by flight. When it comes to flight, you can land at Leh Airport as it is connected to major cities like Delhi, Chandigarh, and Srinagar, through direct and connecting flights.
When it comes to road trip there are two routes. One is from Manali and the other is via Srinagar. If you're traveling via Manali, you'll need to cover a distance of approximately 474 kilometers while the Srinagar route is shorter in comparison with a stretch of 434 Kilometers of road.
