Panchmarhi is a hill station located in Hoshangabad district of Madhya Pradesh. It is also known as ‘Satpura ki Rani’ or the ‘Queen of Satpura’. It is located at an average altitude of 1,067 mts and its highest point goes up to 1,352mts, known as Dhupgarh. It is known for its lush green beauty and scenic landscapes all around which has a certain charm to attract the visitors. It is also recognised as a UNESCO Biosphere reserve and has many waterfalls in it.
The best time to visit for the tourists is during the winter (October to March) and monsoon period (July to September) season as the temperature remains pleasant through the day.
