Post breakfast, we set on our longest road-trip so far! Down South, to this beautiful cliff beach by the Arabian Sea - Varkala! Plan is to reach Varkala before the Sunset so that we can spend some time dipping and playing games swimming in the sea! In the evening, we shall explore the several awesome little cafes set on the cliff! Oh and for the book lovers, there is a wonderful book shop right on the cliff overlooking the sea! For the shopping enthusiasts, Varkala market offers many options from rare stones, artefacts, magnets to interesting collection in the Tibetan market.
Today is our sea day!
Play games, sun bathe, swim, explore - whatever you would prefer! You can also opt to go for the famous massage and spa here. Another interesting option is to take motorcycles on rent and go exploring some interesting places nearby.
We also suggest trying some surfing or cooking classes, while in Varkala! Many options - whatever the folks decide!
It will be time to bid adieu to God's own country! With great memories and many new friendships, we shall set on the road-trip early morning to Trivandrum. We shall depart then, hoping to meet again. Soon!
