Credit Note :
The Booking Amount will be credited to your JW Profile which can be accessed by logging in to the website through your Email ID. Credit Notes issued have no date of expiry and can be used entirely in any of your future trips.
GST :
Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
Pending Refund :
Any refund pending on your booking will be credited to the same mode of payment through which you paid in 5-7 working days.
Partial Refund :
Any case in which a partial refund will be issued will be calculated after deducting the Booking Amount and Cancellation Charges depending on the time of Cancellation.
Remaining Amount :
Will be calculated on the amount paid over and above the booking amount.
Bypass Policy :
Any and all Cancellation Policies are superseded by the Emergency Case Cancellation Policy in case of situations such as war, pandemics, force majeure, or similar extraordinary events affecting the tour region.

The best time to visit Ladakh is between June to September, during these months the weather remains pleasant and ideal for sightseeing and exploration. From the month of April Ladakh starts to open and you might get snowfall at some places. During winter months from November to March, Ladakh receives heavy snowfall and the roads get closed.

Turtuk is located in the Nubra tehsil of the Leh district. Turtuk is situated close to the line of Control that separates India and Pakistan. It is also called the last village of India, which comes under Nubra valley region near the banks of Shyok river. Turtuk is famous for its lush greenery and barren mountains. It is the best place in Ladakh where greenery can be found.Turtuk village looks aesthetically beautiful during spring months(April - May) as there is Apricot blossom in Ladakh.

Smoking in Leh is prohibited in Leh Ladakh region. Due to the high altitude, the oxygen levels remain low and visitors may get dehydrated easily. It is recommended to remain hydrated by increasing the water intake.
