Your adventure starts in Leh, the high desert town full of fresh air and stunning views. Day 1 is all about resting and getting used to the altitude after you arrive. Relax at your hotel, drink plenty of water, and meet your trip leader for a fun briefing about the days ahead. Enjoy a warm dinner and a good night's sleep to build your energy.
On Day 2, hit the road to Kargil after breakfast. Stop at Sangam, where two big rivers meet, and visit the Hall of Fame war memorial. Feel the magic at Magnetic Hill, where cars seem to roll uphill on their own, and pray at Gurudwara Pathar Sahib. Pass through Lamayuru's moon-like rocks and cross Fotula and Namika La passes for breathtaking sights. Check into your Kargil hotel for dinner and rest.
Day 3 dives into Zanskar Valley, driving to Padum, its main town with old history and rock art. Go through Rangdum village, cross Pensi La Pass, and gaze at Statso and Langtso Lakes. See the huge Drang Drung Glacier up close before settling into a cozy homestay in Padum.
Day 4 heads to Purne village. Along the way, explore Phuktal Monastery, built right into a cliff with caves used by wise men thousands of years ago. The rocky paths feel like stepping back in time. Relax in your Purne homestay with dinner.
Day 5 takes you from Purne to Sarchu. Pass Kargyak, the last Zanskar village, see the holy Gombo Rangzan mountain, and climb Shinku La Pass, one of the highest roads around. Join the main highway near Darcha and reach Sarchu camps for a starry night.
Day 6 brings you to Tso Moriri Lake. Drive past Puga Valley's hot springs, tackle the twisty Gata Loops, cross the wide More Plains, and go over Nakee La and Lachung La passes. Stop at Tso Kar Lake, then arrive at Tso Moriri's blue waters for a peaceful evening in cottages.
On Day 7, ride to Hanle, a high village on the old Silk Route. Spot rare birds like black-necked cranes amid green fields and colorful hills. Hanle has India's biggest sky-watching observatory, perfect for stargazing. Stay in cottages or homestays.
Day 8 is pure excitement: a trip to Mig La or Umling La, some of the world's highest roads you can drive on. Ride through open lands with amazing views, snap photos at the top, and return to Hanle buzzing with energy.
Day 9 loops back to Leh. Pass Chumathang's warm springs, visit Shey Palace and Thiksey Monastery for a taste of Ladakh's kings and monks, then shop in Leh's lively markets. End with dinner at your hotel.
Day 10 is departure day. After breakfast, head to the airport with full hearts and new friends, ready to share your stories.

The Booking Amount will be credited to your JW Profile which can be accessed by logging in to the website through your Phone Number & OTP. Credit Notes issued have no date of expiry and can be used entirely in any of your future trips.
GST :
Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
Pending Refund :
Any refund pending on your booking will be credited to the same mode of payment through which you paid in 5-7 working days.
Partial Refund :
Any case in which a partial refund will be issued will be calculated after deducting the Booking Amount and Cancellation Charges depending on the time of Cancellation.
Remaining Amount :

Bypass Policy :

Zanskar Valley is one of the most remote and breathtaking regions in the Indian Himalayas. Known for its dramatic landscapes, ancient monasteries, and unique Tibetan Buddhist culture, it offers adventure, peace, and spiritual richness. It's perfect for trekkers, photographers, and those seeking an offbeat Himalayan experience.
As of now, Indian citizens do not need a permit to visit Zanskar Valley. However, foreign nationals require an Inner Line Permit (ILP) to access certain areas in Ladakh, including parts of Zanskar. Always check the latest travel regulations before planning your trip.
Nun Kun is the most famous peak in the Zanskar region. It’s actually a twin-peaked massif located at an altitude of - the Nun peak (7,135 m) and the Kun peak (7,077 m), the highest in the Zanskar range. These snow-clad giants are a major attraction for mountaineers and trekkers.
The Zanskar River merges with the Indus River near Nimmu, which is a popular tourist spot. The confluence is especially scenic and is also the starting point for the famous Chadar Trek in winter when the Zanskar River freezes over.
Zanskar Valley lies at an altitude ranging from 3,500 to 7,000 meters (11,500 to 23,000 feet). The main town, Padum, is situated at approximately 3,650 meters (11,975 feet) above sea level. Due to the high altitude, proper acclimatization is recommended.
Ladakh is a perfect trip for a family, you can experience breathtaking landscapes, lush valleys, sand dunes, monasteries, and high passes all at once. If you are planning with kids then essential planning and tips are advisable to follow because of its high altitude.
Hanle is a quiet village located in the Changthang plateau of Leh district. It is famous for its Astronomical Observatory, which is one of the world’s highest observatories in the world.
It is also known for Hanle monastery, which is perched on the hill and offers a panoramic view of the valley.
Tso Moriri is less populated and less people know about it as compared to Pangong lake. Pangong lake is known for its everchanging blue shades and it is located at an altitude of 4,250 meters. Tso Moriri is situated at a slightly higher altitude of 4,530 meters. Tso Moriri is a secluded and offbeat location where you can find the rarest wildlife, while Pangong lake is a popular lake. Tso Moriri has challenging terrains while you can reach Pangong easily via Chang La.
Summer is the best time to visit Ladakh, specifically April to June are the best months for Ladakh because it offers pleasant weather with clear skies. Summer in Ladakh is truly beautiful, the temperature ranges from 5 degrees C to 25 degrees C. In the summer season you can enjoy biking, trekking, river rafting, and camel rides in Nubra Valley. Witness the beauty of Tsomoriri lake and Pangong lake.
Ladakh is closed in the winter season, from March to November, the temperature in these months can go up to 7 degrees and minimum around -6 degrees. The weather is extremely cold during these months in Ladakh, the lakes freeze during these months but the passes such as Chang La and Khardung La are kept open for military needs.
