Yes. Indian travellers require a Vietnam e-Visa to visit Vietnam. While this package excludes visa charges, the e-Visa is typically processed within 3–5 working days, though it's recommended to apply at least 1–2 weeks before departure to avoid last-minute delays.
The itinerary includes a full-day Halong Bay cruise, allowing you to spend most of the day exploring the bay's limestone islands, caves, scenic viewpoints, and other major attractions before returning in the evening.
The package includes the Halong Bay day cruise with lunch, but kayaking is not listed as an included activity. If available on the day of your cruise, it can usually be booked directly at an additional cost.
Some experiences in this itinerary are already private, such as the Hoi An Ancient Town tour and airport transfers, while others, including the Halong Bay cruise and Ba Na Hills excursion, operate on a Seat-in-Coach (SIC) basis. If you prefer fully private sightseeing, you can request a customized package before booking.
Cruise operations in Halong Bay are subject to weather and local authority guidelines. If the cruise is cancelled or modified due to adverse weather, the itinerary may be adjusted based on operator policies. The package notes that activities cancelled because of weather conditions are non-refundable.
Besides the package cost, you should budget for your Vietnam visa, international and domestic flights, lunches and dinners (except the included cruise lunch), shopping, personal expenses, tips, GST, and TCS. Carrying some extra money for optional activities, snacks, and souvenirs is also recommended.
The package includes major sightseeing experiences such as the Halong Bay day cruise, Ba Na Hills excursion, and Hoi An Ancient Town tour. However, any attractions or activities not specifically mentioned in the inclusions may require separate payment.
A professional tour guide is not included by default. The package provides a basic English-speaking driver for transfers, while a professional guide can be arranged on request for groups of more than 10 travelers.
This itinerary involves a moderate amount of walking. You'll walk through places like Hanoi's attractions, Hoi An Ancient Town, Ba Na Hills, and during the Halong Bay excursion.
