Credit Note :
The Booking Amount will be credited to your JW Profile which can be accessed by logging in to the website through your Phone Number & OTP. Credit Notes issued have no date of expiry and can be used entirely in any of your future trips.
GST :
Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
Pending Refund :
Any refund pending on your booking will be credited to the same mode of payment through which you paid in 5-7 working days.
Partial Refund :
Any case in which a partial refund will be issued will be calculated after deducting the Booking Amount and Cancellation Charges depending on the time of Cancellation.
Remaining Amount :
Will be calculated on the amount paid over and above the booking amount.
Bypass Policy :
Any and all Cancellation Policies are superseded by the Emergency Case Cancellation Policy in case of situations such as war, pandemics, force majeure, or similar extraordinary events affecting the tour region.

What is included in the Bali package?
The package includes flights, 5 nights’ accommodation in 4 & 5-star hotels, daily breakfast, private transfers, sightseeing tours, and entry tickets as per the itinerary. All experiences like water sports, Uluwatu Temple, Ubud Tour, and Trans Studio entry are covered.
What is excluded from the package price?
Visa fees, GST, TCS, personal expenses, meals not mentioned, optional activities, and anything outside the listed inclusions are excluded. Also, delays due to weather, ferry issues, or flights are not eligible for reimbursement.
What hotels are provided under this tour?
You’ll stay three nights in Golden Tulip Kuta (or similar) in a Superior Room and two nights at Four Points by Sheraton Ungasan (or similar) in Superior/Deluxe Rooms. Hotel upgrades or substitutes depend on availability at the time of booking.
Which dates are available for this Bali departure?
This package is available for fixed departures on February 11, 2026, and March 3, 2026, from Kolkata. All services and prices are valid within the general travel window of 1st Nov 2025 to 25th March 2026, excluding blackout dates.
