Mainpat , famously known as the Shimla of Chattisgarh, Mainpat is a plateau located at a geight od 1099m above sea level and is a popular tourist attraction. It is also home to a number of Tibetan religious exiles who worship at a temple dedicated to Buddha.

Spread over an area of 368 sq. km., this plateau offers breathtaking views of Mother Nature.
