There is a lot to explore and experience in this 5 nights 6 days trip to Shimla and Narkanda. Shimla, which is also the capital city of Himachal Pradesh. Shimla formerly acted as the summer capital of British India. The colonial architecture, beautiful mountains and dense forests are some of the highlights of Shimla which makes it for a top tourist destination.
Shimla offers a varied variety of places to discover. Explore Himalayan Bird Park and take a look at various bird species such as peacocks, pheasants and Himalayan Monal to name a few. Visit The Ridge, which is the epicenter of all tourist locations in Shimla. It is connected with Mall Road, Scandal Point and also the Lakkar Bazar. The Ridge is also famous for the summer festival which is held every year. Admire the neo-gothic style architecture of Christ Church which has been in existence since 1857.
Kufri is a small hill station which is located around 20kms from Shimla. In Kufri you can take a horse ride to Mahasu Peak or hike there. You’ll be able to see Kedarnath and Badrinath mountains and also acres of Deodar trees. You can also indulge in some adventurous activities such as skiing at Kufri.
Narkanda is located around 65kms from Shimla, and stands at an altitude of around 2,708mts above sea level. This place has many apple farms and is also one of the most offbeat skiing destinations in Himachal Pradesh and in India. You can enjoy the local scenery while here, as it is a really calm and beautiful place in the state of Himachal Pradesh. While in Narkanda, you can go for Hatu Peak Trek, which is located at a distance of about 10 kilometers from Narkanda, and at a height of 3400 meters. This place is a treat for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts alike. From the top, it offers a stunning panoramic view of the valley around and the snow-capped Shrikhand Mahadev peaks. The sunset and sunrise views from this place are truly mesmerising and brings a state of serenity to one’s mind and soul.

1st Day : Delhi to Shimla overnight Journey (342 KM, 8 Hours)
Meet at RK Ashram/Majnu ka Tila and overnight travel to Manali by AC Volvo bus.
2nd Day : Shimla Sightseeing
Pick up from Shimla, after check- In formalities Have Breakfast and rest.

Shimla is the capital city of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla is one of the most popular hill stations in India and is frequented by millions of tourists every year. It is one of the few hill stations in India which are home to UNESCO World Heritage Sites and beautiful hills, also known as Queen of Hills.
You will visit today second oldest church in north India Christ Church, Green Valley, Jakhoo Hills, Jakhu Temple, Explor local Mall Road in evening and enjoy Cafe hopping with beautiful view of Queen of Hills.
Back to hotel in evening for dinner and overnight stay in Shimla Hotel.
3rd Day : Kufri Sightseeing
Post Breakfast and move to explore Kufri, Kufri is one the beautiful places in Suburb famous for snow in winter time.
This morning after breakfast at hotel you will leave for sight-seeing at Kufri and other tourist spots like Green Valley, Indira tourist park, Himalayan Nature park at Chini Bunglow and Fagu valley. After completing excursion you will return back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Shimla.
4th Day : Shimla to Narkanda
Wake up and have delicious breakfast. Afterwards, prepare to leave for Narkanda. Located at a distance of around 63 km, you will reach your next destination by afternoon.
Apple farming and farming in general is the main source of income for the people here also tourism too plays a major part in their livelihoods. This place is very scenically located and perfect for anyone who wants to plan a trip to at an offbeat destination without going too remote.
After checking in, you may spend the rest of the day at your leisure or leave for the Hatu Peak trek. Return to the resort by night and have your dinner.
5th Day : Narkanda - Shimla - Delhi Departure
After breakfast, head towards Shimla for Departure. This journey that can be easily done in 2 hours at most on some very smooth roads. Take volvo to Delhi ,Overnight Journey Shimla to Delhi.
6th Day : Delhi Arrival
Reach Delhi by early morning.

If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.), JustWravel will issue a trek voucher for the full amount and if possible will provide an alternate trek. The voucher can be redeemed upto same amount for the same trek or another trek in the next 365 days from the trek departure date.
