Our 3 nights 4 days Admirable Kumbhalgarh and Udaipur Tour starts from Udaipur. Udaipur is known as the “Lake City” and there are many beautiful palaces which are set alongside Lake Pichola. As every city in Rajasthan has a colour scheme, in Udaipur you will see white coloured architecture and buildings.
There are some famous and interesting places to visit while in Udaipur, City Palace being one of them. It is one of the largest palaces in the state of Rajasthan built along the style of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. Several Bollywood, Hollywood and documentaries have been shot at this palace. The best sunsets can be enjoyed while here in Udaipur, and cafes here are a must visit which overlooks the city of Udaipur.
Kumbhalgarh or Kumbhal Fort, is a fortress located on the westerly range of Aravali Hills. It was built during the course of the 15th century by Rana Kumbha and occupied until the late 19th century, the fort is now open to the public and is beautifully lit for a few minutes every evening. Kumbhalgarh is situated 82 km northwest of Udaipur by road. It is the most important fort in Mewar after Chittorgarh Fort.
Months from October to February are considered one of the best times to visit these places, as it won’t be extremely hot and the weather would be pleasant. This Rajasthan tour is apt for couples, family or group of friends planning to travel during a long weekend.

Itinerary (Udaipur to Udaipur)
1st Day : Udaipur Arrival
Meet our driver at Udaipur Airport /Railway Station. Check-in at Hotel & Day for Leisure.
If time allows you explore local market, which is famous for its traditional lifestyle, pichwai & miniature paintings, handicraft silver and copper jewelry, sculptures, gemstone and minakari items after that stay at Udaipur Hotel.
2nd Day : Udaipur Sightseeing
After breakfast we will start city tour of Udaipur. the city of lakes Udaipur is surrounded by azure water lakes and located in lush green hills of Aravallis. Udaipur is famous fot fairy-tale palaces, lakes, temples, gardens, vibrant and colourful festivals and narrow lanes strewn with stalls, carry the flavor of a heroic past, epitomizing valor and chivalry.
You will explore places of Udaipur - City Palace, Sajjangarh Palace, Vintage Car Museum, Jag Mandir Palace and famous Lake Pichola. After that come back to your hotel and overnight stay in Hotel.
3rd Day : Udaipur - Kumbhalgarh Fort - Udaipur
After having breakfast at the hotel we start our trip from Udaipur to Kumbhalgarh Fort, which is 80 kms and takes approximately 2 hrs to reach.
Kumbhalgarh Fort is birthplace of Mewar's legendary king Maharana Pratap. It has second largest wall after the great wall of china . Kumbhalgarh is the second most important fortress in Mewar region after Chittorgarh Fort which is also cradled in Aravali Ranges.
There is a magnificent array of temples built by the Mauryas of which the most picturesque place is the Badal Mahal or the palace of the clouds and who want to brush up their knowledge of the Mewar dynasty they can experience at Sunset, a beautiful light and sound show is organised in the fort. In evening head back to Udaipur. overnight stay in Udaipur.
4th Day : Udaipur Departure
After Breakfast, Check - out from hotel and drop to Udaipur Airport/ Railway Station

Incase of government orders, harsh weather conditions , protests , landslides or any other unforseen circumstances , we work out the best possible alternate plans or trips/treks. At times even even certain activities are cancelled , the organization provides the best alternate but no refunds are provided.
If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.), JustWravel will issue a trek voucher for the full amount and if possible will provide an alternate trek. The voucher can be redeemed upto same amount for the same trek or another trek in the next 365 days from the trek departure date.
