- I am fully Vaccinated with both doses and carrying my vaccinated certificate.

- I am not fully Vaccinated with both doses and carrying my RT – PCR negative test report not later than 72 hours, while entering the state.
- I understand that while JustWravel is taking all necessary safety and hygiene precautions, it cannot be held liable in the unfortunate event that a customer or professional is diagnosed with COVID-19.
General Declaration :
In recognition of the inherent risks of the activity in which I will engage, I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the activity. My participation is voluntary and I will assume financial responsibility for personal injury, accidents, illness and damage to or loss of personal property as the result of any incident or accident that may occur.
- I understand that this release relates to all claims and liability during or after the trip resulting from a pre-existing medical condition.
- Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be liable for any damage or any missing items during the trip.
- As it is likely that in these sorts of trips weather must be taken into account, if conditions are such that we have to change arrangements we will not be able to provide any sort of refund. If there are any other circumstances including but not limited to riot, political unrest, natural or other disaster, nuclear incident, terrorist activity, and leads to cancelation of a trip as a result of these circumstances, we will not be able to provide any sort of refund.
- If the behaviour of any trekker is likely to cause distress or harm to themselves, our member of staff or other team members, our local Trekkers Guide/Staff reserve the right to terminate their trip at any time and they will have to make their own arrangements; we will not be liable for any expenses incurred as a result. We will not entertain any claims arising due to such action.
- If for any reason, you have to leave the trip early, you will not be entitled to a refund. We will not be liable for any expenses incurred to you as a result. However we will try with our capabilities to make the arrangements to a member/customer to return to the base safely.
- In case of any injuries/illness on mountain during a trip/activity, JustWravel as company or our local staffs will not be responsible. We provide adequate human staff support on the mountains to ensure the basic safety of the trekker. The trekker/customer has to bear all the expenses which may arise in case for medical exigency or emergency condition.
Cancellation Policy :
No cancellations will be taken over call or whatsapp msg. Please reply to the email of payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking.
Cancellation Fee will be charged based on your trip lies in one of these conditions.
Weekend Getaways - 1 Night / 2 Days or 2 Night / 3 Days
- Free Cancellation upto 45 days before the departure date
- 44 Days to 30 days of Departure date. 10% of total Trip cost along with the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
- 29 Days to 20 Days of Departure date. 25% of the total trip cost along with the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- 19 Days to 10 Days of Departure date. 50% of the total trip cost along with the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- 10 Days to 6 Days of Departure date. 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
- 6 Days to Trip Departure date. 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- No Show . No refund.
Trips and Treks - 3 Night / 4 Days and above
- Free Cancellation upto 60 days before the departure date
- 59 Days to 45 days of Departure date. 10% of total Trip cost. (Booking amount is non-refundable)
- 44 Days to 30 Days of Departure date. 25% of the total trip cost
- 29 Days to 15 Days of Departure date. 50% of the total trip cost.
- 15 Days to 8 Days of Departure date. 75% of the total trip cost.
- 7 Days to Trip Departure date. 100% of the total trip cost.
- No Show . No refund.
Independent Tours - Domestic
- Free Cancellation upto 60 days before the departure date. Land Package only, flights as per the operator's cancellation policy
- 59 Days to 45 days of Departure date. 10% of total Trip cost.
- 44 Days to 30 Days of Departure date. 25% of the total trip cost
- 29 Days to 15 Days of Departure date. 50% of the total trip cost.
- 15 Days to 8 Days of Departure date. 75% of the total trip cost.
- 7 Days to Trip Departure date. 100% of the total trip cost.
- No Show . No refund.
Incase of government orders, harsh weather conditions , protests , landslides or any other unforseen circumstances , we work out the best possible alternate plans or trips/treks. At times even even certain activities are cancelled , the organization provides the best alternate but no refunds are provided.
If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.), JustWravel will issue a trek voucher for the full amount and if possible will provide an alternate trek. The voucher can be redeemed upto same amount for the same trek or another trek in the next 365 days from the trek departure date.
If a trek or trip cannot be completed due to natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.). No refund would be provided.
Any extra expense coming due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.), Will be beared by customer. Company will not be liable.
Cancellations policy will differ during the peak season and popular places.
- Booking amount is non-refundable.
- No refund of total trip amount will be provided on cancellation, 10 days prior to departure date.
- 50% of total trip amount can be refunded on cancellation between 11-20 days prior to scheduled departure date.

90% of total trip amount can be refunded on cancellation between 21-90 days prior to scheduled departure date.

100% of total trip amount can be refunded on cancellation, 90+ days prior to scheduled departure date.
