    1st Day : Arrival in Mauritius

    Arrive at the Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport

    After a delicious dinner, relax for the day and have a comfortable overnight stay.

    2nd Day : Island tour

    Mauritius is referred to as ‘Heaven on earth’, you shall swing with the magical place on the island tour with a delicious breadbasket.

    A great escape from the busy chaotic city life is a visit to the Ile Aux Cerfs Island. 

    The Leisure Island lies off Trou d'Eau Douce in the largest lagoon of Mauritius and offers picturesque surroundings, setting for a breathtaking experience of natural beauty. It is home to beach restaurants, an adventure park, a wide array of water sports and an 18-hole golf course as well as untouched tranquil beaches.

    The exhilarating activities such as parasailing, tube ride, speedboat rides, flying fish, banana boats, the most enthusiastic and the ultimate experience is to walk the bottom of the sea, with an Undersea Walk.

    3rd Day : Day for Shopoholics

    After a delicious breakfast, 

    Proceed for a full day tour of the exotic Southern region of this Island. Visits of Floreal Shopping Complex, Ganga Talao - Grand Bassin Shiva Temples and visit to the spectacular valley of colors with its 23 colored earth and numerous waterfalls

    Proceed to explore Mall of Mauritius - Bagatelle and Caudan Waterfront – shopping complex & craft markets.

    4th Day : Catamaran cruise

    After a delicious breakfast, you could spend the day at leisure by visiting the beaches on the beautiful islands. You could laze around on the sand, take a dip in the waters or sunbathe near the coconut trees.

    Visit the Catamaran Cruise which is a great way to spend a day in Mauritius. This multi-hulled watercraft offers a beautiful view of the open sea and would take you around the various islands. Replenish in the lap of luxury.

    5th Day : Mauritius City Tour

    After your morning serve, swipe for Sightseeing of the Northern Island.

    head out to Maison Eureka  to soak in the genteel life and creole culture in the old plantation mansion. The museum also has an inhouse restaurant which serves up some interesting creole dishes and makes the short hike down the hill to see the nearby waterfall.

    From here, it’s a short drive to Port Louis, the capital. Visit the Aapravasi Ghat (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) 

    A transit point for slaves back in the day before they were transported to various points of the British Empire, Jummah Mosque with its striking blend of Indian, Creole and Islamic architecture, the bustling Central Market, Blue Penny Museum with its display of one of the world’s rarest stamps and the Chinatown which has a host of shophouses built in the French style. For a bird’s eye view of the city, head up to Fort Adelaide to admire the skyline of Port Louis.

    6th Day : Black river gorges

    With a pleasant satisfaction of morning appetite, drive towards the southern part of Mauritius along Black River Gorges. 

    Along the way, pass through stunning tea plantations, Stop by the Bois Cheri Tea Factory and Museum to sip on some fine teas before you continue on your journey. 

    Later visit the Grand Bassin, one of the most sacred sites in the island. 

    A background on how the lake turned sacred – in 1972 a Hindu priest brought water from the Ganges River and poured it into the lake. reach the Black River Gorges National Park (UNESCO site) The natural reserve, filled with hiking trails to observe the indigenous forests and variety of wildlife. Incase of government orders, harsh weather conditions , protests , landslides or any other unforseen circumstances , we work out the best possible alternate plans or trips/treks. At times even even certain activities are cancelled , the organization provides the best alternate but no refunds are provided.

 If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.), JustWravel will issue a trek voucher for the full amount and if possible will provide an alternate trek. The voucher can be redeemed upto same amount for the same trek or another trek in the next 365 days from the trek departure date.

 If a trek or trip cannot be completed due to natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.). No refund would be provided.
