2nd Day : Hanoi city tour
With a pleasant breakfast, begin the view of Hanoi city
city tour that introduces you to major attractions such as the Thang long imperial (UNESCO site), Old Quarter and Lake of the Restored Sword (Hoan Kiem Lake).
Learn about the city's history as you visit One Pillar Pagoda, the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Ho Chi Minh Presidential Palace Historical Site, and the Temple of Literature.

3rd Day : Hanoi - Nghia Lo
Start the trip to northwest Vietnam with a hefty morning serve.
Get to Duong Lam ancient village (50 km, 2 hours journey from Hanoi), which has been awarded the National Cultural History Monument.
The houses in this village were built with laterite walls from even a few thousand years ago with many historical temples and ancient Confucianism culture.
Continue the trip through the rural countryside to visit the paddy fields, go higher to admire the tea farm, corn or maize amongst the karst limestone outcrops and return back to Hanoi

4th Day : Ninh Binh
With an early breakfast, head to Ninh Binh, Arrive in Tam Coc.
Start our full day excursion by a small boat rowing by a local for about 2 hours.
The reason Tam Coc is called Halong Bay on land, consists of many limestone mountains with many different shapes.
Cruising through Ngo Dong river, endure the peaceful scenery of mountains, rice fields and temples all along the way, hop on a bicycle and go around beautiful villages, enjoy fresh air in the rural area and discover huge limestone mountains, etc.
Arrive at Hoa Lu Ancient Capital – The ancient capital city of Vietnam one thousands years ago.
Back to Hanoi, overnight stay at hanoi
5th Day : Lao Cai
Checkout from the hotel, transfer to Hanoi train station, train trip to Lao Cai. Arrival and transfer to Sapa by a tourist shared bus (1 hour journey), get relaxed in a hotel before your self exploration of Sapa town.
Sapa is a delightful old French hill station, home to many ethnic minorities groups all wearing their traditional and colourful attire.
A short walk to Ham Rong mountain, get along the local market, hill tribe people of different groups with authentic costumes, selfmade selling local products. (suggested walk by your own)

6th Day : Ta Van – Love Waterfall – Tram Ton
Start the day with peasant local cuisine appetizers
Hike down to Lao Chai village to visit the Tay and Day tribes.
Continue along the bottom of the Sapa valley to get to Ta Van village, home to the Giay people, one of Sapa’s ethnic minorities.
Situated within the lush rice fields, it offers a glimpse into the rural day-to-day life of the local tribal people. The pace is slow here, food is delicious, locals are curious and can have your lunch here.
Later, drive up hill for the astonishing love waterfall continued with Tram Ton, the highest mountain pass in Vietnam at 1,800 m above sea level for enjoying the magnificence of Hoang Lien Son mountain range as well as over viewing spectacular landscapes of the whole area, stretching endlessly.

7th Day : Sapa - Bac Ha market - Hoang Su Phi
We set off early and drive to Bac Ha,one of the most colourful markets in the north and have a delicious rural veracious breakfast.
Visit the palace of Hoang A Tuong, a curious mixture of baroque and oriental, built in 1920 with the aid of the French.
Drive up a small mountain road with views of the most amazing rice terraces, with villages dotted here and there reach Ban Phung village and have a chance to see the La Chi ethnic people and their nativity.
We will descend to Hoang Su Phi for dinner and overnight at homestay
8th Day : Hoang Su Phi - Ha Giang
Early morning cycling in the colors of light encompassing shades of green. Have breakfast in the native restaurant.
Hoang Su Phi is also a very famous area for rice terraces which curl around the hills like contour lines. There are also beautiful tea plantations, some of which have been there for one hundred years.
We continue via the Tan Su Phin pass and the Cong Troi pass.
The most dramatic passes and this whole area is full of magnificent views with plenty of photo opportunities.
Continue north again to Ha Giang.

9th Day : Ha Giang - Dong Van - Meo Vac
From Ha Giang we drive to Dong Van via Cong Troi pass then Yen Minh.
Visit the King's palace in the H’mong ethnic village of Sa Phin, palace built in the early 20th century, interesting architecturally and historically important to the local H'mong people.
Continue with The Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark is a fascinating area, and most notable are the black limestone craggy peaks,
Visit Dong Van, which also has a few ancient houses around the old market area and have lunch there.
Trek through the The Ma Pi Leng pass between Dong Van and Meo Vac, one of the most beautiful roads in the country with stunning views, looking down over the river valley and across towards the mountainous frontier with China.
Overnight stay in Meo Vac
10th Day : Ban Gioc Waterfall - Ba Be Lake
After a pleasant view of the Meo Vac have breakfast and get on the way to Cao Bang visit Ban Gioc waterfall, one of the most beautiful places in the Northern mountainous area, head to Nguom Ngao “Tiger Cave” which attracts tourists by its amazing limestone formations, and stalactites of various shapes.
After that we drive to Ba Be National Park and feel the peace of the National park .
Overnight stay in Ba be at Homestay.
11th Day : Ba Be Lake - Hanoi
After breakfast we will take a short walk to rice fields to Bo Lu boat station.
Enjoy boating at Ba Be Lake or Jump into the lake for a swim.
Have lunch at a local house.
transfer back to Hanoi.
12th Day : Hanoi – Halong Bay - Overnight on cruise
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Halong Bay (World Heritage of outstanding natural beauty) known in Vietnamese as “Dragon descending to the sea”. (early in the morning)
Check into a cruise along halong bay with a delicious local seafood lunch served on board. You can also behold thousands of limestone islands and grottoes rising from the clear, emerald water and have a stop at Trung Trang Cave, a part of Cat Ba National Park. You will also have an opportunity to swim in the crystal water of Tra Bau Area.
Overnight stay on board.
13th Day : Halong Bay – Hanoi
Wake up and witness the amazing sunrise on the bay.
After eating breakfast, tourists will be transferred by canoes to explore the Frog Pond area with time for swimming/ kayaking.
The early lunch will be served on the way back to the main dock for transferring back to Hanoi.
Return to the hotel at Hanoi
14th Day : Departure

At times even even certain activities are cancelled , the organization provides the best alternate but no refunds are provided.
If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.), JustWravel will issue a trek voucher for the full amount and if possible will provide an alternate trek. The voucher can be redeemed upto same amount for the same trek or another trek in the next 365 days from the trek departure date.
